Today’s quite a day. Walked along the waterfront as far as Monini’ restaurant in Tamsui. In the evening, a Youbike trip to Hungshulin and back. So feeling much stronger. Still my stamina disappears quickly and needs me to sit down for 30 minutes before it shows its head again!
Today’s weight moved below 87kgs. The steps increased to nearly 16K and calories burned were close to 2500 over 209 minutes on foot/bike. In-take wise, we ate rather a large dinner at Monini’s with soup, pork, bread roll, salad, tea. Later on, I had banana+yogurt and some ice cream for desert. It wasn’t a little!!!
Overall, I don’t try to overthink the dieting and that seems to produce results. Just get on and do it! Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
