There are three bakers that I love in Taiwan. It’s just a pity I can’t eat more bread right now.
- Alain d’ Sanzhih
Alain lives up the coast near the North. His products are all handmade to his own exacting standards. I particularly love his sourdough bread, hummus and pate. I’ve also bought quite a few other products.
A lot depends on what he has: his ravioli are great (I should order that again), olive tapanade, … I’d order every week if I could eat that much!
2. Ted’s Bread aka WaltzBread (舞麥窯(石窯自養酵æ¯éºµåŒ…) (waltzbread.url.tw)
I call it that because I actually don’t know what it’s called. It’s definitely a premium product and the bread rounds are huge. Totally enjoyable.
