This has been tough going. But worth it. Not sure why my BP became a problem, given the exercise I was doing. Could’ve been a virus that persisted. Don’t know.
Anyways. I still have 12kgs to go. I’ve completed this phase. I’m now thinking that I could be burning 700 calories a day … just not sure how I can manage that. But I’ve consistently burned 500 calories a day extra. So, it is possible… Right now, I’ve shifted to maintenance mode to check that the weight loss is more permanent. It’s easy to lose weight then put it all back on and more!
Anyway, the systolic BP is now under 120 and seems more consistently under. Diastolic is below.
