So the weight loss battle continues. Lost nearly 5kgs in round 1. Took a break most of last week…

Today game on! Goal: 95kg. BMI 33! July 15th! No ‘ifs’ no butts!!!!

It’s probably going to be a bit harder… I’m getting tired of the new habits (ie. they’re no longer *new* and they’re not so *established* yet)!!! So I will just double down on the habits.

No carbs after breakfast – fruit and low-sugar muesli: definitely no rice or pasta (doh!) or bread or potatoes* for lunch or dinner. No junk food or ice cream!!! Try to avoid higher fat foods, too. No skipping meals either! If still hungry, drink some soya milk or almond milk or soup. Thankfully, I can still drink coffee!

Keep up the walking goals, too. At some point, I have to start additional exercise… thoughts?
