Pity, because the tea & sandwich were okay. Just not worth instant soup. Tip to the boss: If something isn’t good, don’t serve it. Simple.
Lesson for the customer: Don’t go to a restaurant that calls itself Film Studio… You’ll only get food that looks good!
And the one star isn’t for the soup, it’s for the cop-out attitude of the manager. Instead of offering something else, he just said "I’ll let the company know about this issue".
