Anyone else had success troubleshooting this issue?
Windows 7 32 bit Chinese fully updated runs OpenOffice 4.0.0 ( in English) and/or LibreOffice (in English/Chinese) (any version from 3.4.5+)… When the user tries to print out multiple copies for the same document, only one prints out.
We’ve tried different HP printers, five different language versions of L*Office and O*office, fresh windows install, USB vs. Wireless connections. Nothing makes a difference. Yesterday, I installed O*office on a brand new install of Win 7 in Chinese with a fresh install of the HP printer drivers… Still the same problem. I’ve searched the internet for help… but nothing suggested seems relevant or works.
On my English Windows 7 64-bit with OpenOffice/LibreOffice printing locally & on the network using THE SAME printer as the computer with issues, I’m able to print multiple copies without issue. And I don’t have this problem on my own PC. So I can’t figure out what’s wrong.
Needless to say, printing multiple copies on affected machines but using different applications works without any such issues. It’s hard to see what the common factor is, except the shared code base of Libre/Openoffice as being the issue here.
If anyone could provide insight into this, would be wonderful?
