My physiotherapist went to Singapore and brought back some Laksa Curry to share with me! So yesterday, we made Laksa, Ken-style,… actually, I can’t claim ALL the credit. Much of the spices were prepared by Laksa Inc. But I chose all the ingredients: tomatoes, carrots, beansprouts, leafy greens, and noodles.

I also added some crabsticks (not crab!), fish and fried bean curd. Turned out very nice, and the Sambal not pictured was a little sweet, spicy. Overall, a successful dish. Note to self: add the fish & crab later so you can retain their shape and color!
