I used to be a member of a gym, where some real body builders would work out on the weights. I was always seriously intimidated by them! Me with my puny muscles, and somewhat generous belly!
One friend in particular was always encouraging me to consume those body building products, if you want to see a sample, then click here. Proteins, low carb foods, body boosters, you name it.. but for some reason I always turned them down.
However, I was intrigued by this sentence in Wikipedia about Creatine: “Unlike steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs, creatine can be found naturally in many common foods such as herring, tuna, salmon, and beef, making it difficult to ban it from sporting competitions.”
Interestingly, while I like beef somewhat, I love the fishes very much, . but I had no idea about “that recent studies have also shown that creatine improves brain function and reduces mental fatigue.”
Wonder if it can help when I get fatigued writing these blog posts!
