Who’d have thought that boring items like stainless steel drums, albeit necessary in some industries, could actually be environmentally friendlier than plastic drums? They’re easy to clean, easy to recycle, don’t rust, and have been used widely in many industries. So why do Taiwanese companies still use so many plastic drums?

The only trouble with these drums I can see is how would you beat them into musical steel drums. Could it be done? I’m not sure, but I guess it’s going to be a long while before we hear about plastic drums being used to make music.
