Taiwan is famous for its treats or ‘little eats’ of which there are dozens of varieties of tofu, vegetable dishes, meat dishes, desserts, buns, teas… you can feast on the little snacks that you can buy in the markets here. And not one vendor is capable of producing more than one or two variations of a theme. So there’s always plenty of competition, creativity, and the prices are very reasonable.
