When I was back in the UK a month ago, I picked up a franchise magazine that explored the gamut of British franchising. It really piqued my interest, because among all the products and services was one of my favorite candy companies.

I read the product pitch and was quite impressed. I figured the start-up capital required was a little on the low side but would have been quite happy to work with that company.

I have begun to wonder what potential lies in franchising here in Taiwan. If I was in the UK, I would look into it. Especially if it was a product that I LOVED like coffee or chocolate.
