During the recent Chinese Year, I took ‘Ed’, our three year old Mazda 323 for its first professional clean up. There’s a good service in Tienmou that also offers free parking for a couple of hours afterwards. So it’s an easy way to have lunch with a friend, park your car, go shopping and have it cleaned all at the same time.
Hint: you can see ‘Ed’ in the picture above on the left before he got cleaned up! I wish I could remember the name of the guy… Anyway, I had no expectations about the kind of service you get, so I was very glad to see that he cleaned and vacuumed the inside, washed the outside of the car, and cleaned the wheel trim. My one disappointment was that the chrome accessories weren’t polished, resulting in a blackening of the pretty chrome attachments. I guess I either have to pay more or learn to do it myself.
